POLICIES

Please be sure to read all policy information before calling for reservations and plan early to be assured of reserving your special dates and the cabin of your choice.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

If you will be visiting from anywhere in the US please call our office 360-569-2964. Normally we answer and return calls Monday - Saturday between 8am and 8pm PST. Due to the fact that we are a small exclusive resort with limited staff you may get our VM service. We really do want to speak with you, just leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as we can, usually within a couple of hours. On the occasion that we are away from the office for an entire day, picking up supplies in town etc., we will call you back the following day.

Due to the fact that our cabins vary in amenities offered we believe it necessary to talk with our guests at time of reservation therefore we take reservations the "old fashioned" way - by phone.

If you will be visiting from outside the United States we would be glad to make arrangements to receive all your reservation info. by facsimile or e-mail (no need to call).

Rates are subject to change and tax

Visa/MasterCard, travelers check, debit card or cash accepted for lodging payment. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.

Valid CC required for booking and at check in for security deposit.

SINGLE CABIN RESERVATION: Booking deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of multiple nights required. If you will be making a reservation at least 30 days prior to your arrival we may ask for your booking deposit to be paid in advance by check. Balances are due at check in and may be put on your credit or debit card. No cleaning fee is required on a single cabin reservation.

MULTIPLE CABIN RESERVATION: Reservations for two or more cabins must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance. A NON REFUNDABLE booking deposit of one night for each cabin plus a $20 cleaning fee per cabin is required to be paid in advance by check. Balances are due at check in and may be put on your debit or credit card.

RESERVATIONS MADE OVER SIX (6) MONTHS IN ADVANCE: If you are booking dates for staying during peak season (May - September) more than 6 months in advance of your arrival date your deposit will be non-refundable if you need to cancel for any reason.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Please make a request to purchase a gift certificate no less than 30 days prior to arrival or for your use as a gift at a special occasion. ALL gift certificates must be paid for in advance, in full, by check. Sorry, but we will not be able to a accept credit card payment for these. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to work with us regarding policies on purchasing lodging or spa services for others.

Cash, credit or debit card accepted as payment for spa treatments.

Spa appointments must be scheduled in advance.

CABIN POLICIES

Two night minimum reservation on holidays, all weekends, peak season. 3 - 5 night min. required during some holiday periods.

All cabins are suitable for two (2) adults only. Sorry but we cannot accommodate children of any age. No pets allowed.

Registered guests only are allowed on the property or in the cabins. Sorry but visitors are not allowed.

Check in: after 4PM, Check out:11AM Early check in (2pm) is sometimes an option. Please inquire at time of making your reservation- no additional charge for early check in. Late check out (2pm) is sometimes an option at $20 per hour after 11am and must be paid for at check in.

We do our best to provide quality accommodations and to keep all amenities in the finest condition. Stormking Spa Inc. is not responsible for inconveniences over which we may have no immediate control. Unforeseen adverse road or weather conditions, power outages or failures of appliances such as gas fireplace, hot tub, TV, VCR, DVD player, CD player etc. do not warrant refund of rental monies.

NO SMOKING INDOORS - We do have a very strict no smoking policy that applies to the inside of all cabins. Smoking is permitted outside only.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. PLEASE BE SURE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO KENNEL YOUR PET BEFORE ARRIVAL AT STORMKING.

LIABILITY RELEASE / ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By accepting/making a reservation, it is agreed that the terms and policies listed here are understood and agreed upon and that all guests are assuming any risk arising from their use of the premises.

Guests agree to hold harmless Stormking Spa Inc. from any injury, loss, liability, damage or cost they or others in their party may incur due to occupancy on the premises.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Rescheduling / moving dates / dropping dates or otherwise changing any aspect of your reservation is considered a cancellation.

You are responsible for full costs of all dates and cabins reserved. We will provide no refunds for early departures.

Any cancellation requires an acknowledgement and cancellation number. Leaving a voice mail or sending an e-mail is NOT considered a confirmed cancellation.

If notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date the booking deposit is refunded minus a $50 cancellation service fee. Please see exception to this policy in the "Reservations and Payments" section above.

Cancellation with 29 - 15 days notice will forfeit booking deposit*

Cancellation with less than 15 days notice will forfeit entire rental amount*

*Unless ALL dates/cabins can be rebooked, in which case only the $50 service fee will apply.

Stormking reserves the right to cancel any reservation, with notification and refund of deposits, for non-compliance of policies.

Stormking reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Stormking reserves the right to charge your credit or debit card for damage, loss, smoking, pets, or excessive cleaning equal to total amount of booking and evict violators of policies without refund.

SPA POLICIES

Please note that advance reservations for Spa Treatments are necessary (usually 24 hours notice is sufficient while some treatments require a minimum of 48 hours notice)

You may hold your scheduled appointments with a credit card, debit card or advance payment by check or cash

Groups wishing to book the entire Spa for the day must schedule all treatments at least 2 weeks in advance

Please let the therapist know if you have allergies to any products (ie. dairy, flowers, fruits) at scheduling

Reservations: Massage and Spa Treatments are available by advance appointment only. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services and full amount may be charged according to cancellation policy

Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Debit card, Traveler's check and cash are accepted as payment for spa services

Gratuities: Our prices do not reflect gratuities. Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. If you wish to leave your therapist a gratuity, cash is preferred

Cancellation Policy: Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Cancellation, changing or rescheduling of massage or treatments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full value to your credit card or gift certificate

Stormking provides a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted outside away from buildings frequented by visitors
